Specialised Delivery to Japan ( Monday 26 November 2007 )

The first ever Clementines from South Africa arrived successfully in Japan recently.

According to The Fresh Chain general manager, Rory Netterville, "the devil is in the detail, but the results speak for themselves after the cooperation of all role players."  He continued, "The valuable experience gained with these specialised shipments will contribute to the future growth of exports to this market."  Goldspan managing director Scott Cummings remarked that he was extremely pleased with this 'first' and was looking forward to many more shipments of RSA Clementines.
