Capespan has recently acquired and installed a share trading platform through which shareholders and other parties can trade in the shares of Capespan Group Holdings Limited, Outspan International Limited and, subject to certain restrictions, Unifruco Limited.

Shareholders and interested parties will be able to obtain information regarding latest bids and offers, share prices, broker information and other trading information under Investor Relations on Capespan’s website, www.capespan.com
