Ingredients:
300g ( 11 oz ) broccoli, chopped 2 apples, chopped 125ml (1/2 cup) cider vinegar 15ml (1 tbsp) honey Method:
# Boil, steam or microwave broccoli until just tender. # Rinse in cold water; drain. # Combine broccoli and apples in bowl, stir in vinegar, juices and honey. # Refrigerate briefly before serving.
